2. Order Processing

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a working day are typically packed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next working day.
Working days exclude weekends, public holidays, and festival holidays.

Delays may occur during sale periods or due to courier capacity, but we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
